FDI Moot – Vietnam National Round 2023

 

Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot (FDI Moot) is a prestigious competition held annually by prestigious overseas universities for law students from all over the world. In Viet Nam, the Viet Nam Society of International Law (VSIL) in collaboration with universities has organized this competition since 2018. FDI Moot 2023 marks the 5th competition organized by VSIL in collaboration with Foreign Trade University (FTU). The National Round Champion and Runner-up Team will represent Vietnamese law students competing at regional and global levels.

With the desire to support Vietnamese law students in the integration of global legal knowledge, NHQuang&Associates has participated in FDI Moot sponsorship over the years. For FDI Moot 2023, Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang, Managing Partner of NHQuang&Associates, participated in organizing the competition as Vice President of VSIL. Simultaneously, NHQuang&Associates has participated as Gold Sponsors for FDI Moot 2023. Our lawyers namely Nguyen Hung Quang, Nguyen Tien Lap and Nguyen Anh Minh are the judges for FDI Moot 2023.
