The Study is being developed by domestic and international consultants, including Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang, Managing Partner of NHQuang&Associates (Team Leader), and Ms. Nguyen Thuy Duong – Senior Associate of NHQuang&Associates (Team Member) and Prof. Mirjana Drenovak-Ivanović from University of Belgrade Faculty of Law (Serbia).

Ms. Nguyen Thuy Duong gave a speech at the Workshop
