Specialized Courts as a Catalyst for Trust in Vietnam’s International Financial Center

In the context of the National Assembly’s adoption of the Law on Specialized Courts, which establishes an important legal framework for the creation and operation of specialized courts within International Financial Centers, the demand for a modern, transparent, and internationally aligned judicial mechanism has become increasingly evident.
