Consultation for Insolvency Administrator CoC in HCMC

After being introduced in Ha Noi for consulting various stakeholders, such as insolvency administrators, auction associations, state agencies for completion of the draft of Code of Conducts and Professional Standards of Insolvency Administrators, the Draft was also given for further consultation in HCMC in the seminar dated 30 June 2017 held by Ministry of Justice and International Financial Corporation (IFC) a subsidy of World Bank. This Draft was mainly drafted by Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang in cooperation with WB experts.
