Commenting the Draft Law for amendment and supplementation to Investment Law and Enterprise Law
Lawyers of NHQuang&Associates, including Mr. Nguyen Tien Lap and Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang, attending and presenting at the Seminar for commenting the Draft Law on amendment and supplementation to the Investment Law and Enterprise Law on April 04, 2019.
The Seminar was held by Ministry of Planning and Investment for directly listening to and obtaining comments for draft laws from representatives of enterprises, commercial lawyers, professional institutions – those with close relation and thorough understanding of the practical implementation of regulations on investment and businesses.
NHQuang lawyers brought about some view points for comprehensive reform of the current Investment Law rather than technical or procedural revisions. They focused their opinions on the scope of governance of the law, the right to investment or business subject to corporates themselves, supplementation of the mechanism for prevention of investment disputes, settlement of entanglements in investment and business.
