Consultation on the Draft Civil Procedure Code: Improving Vietnam’s Business Environment

Commenting the Draft Civil Procedure Code for improving Vietnam’s business environment, Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang, Managing Partner of NHQuang&Associates has studied the World Bank’s research methodology of business environment (Doing Business) for an effective and fair justice in business for particular comments to the Draft law. Asset safety and assurance of contract performance are among key factors to promote investment and trading activities which have been addressed by several idealogists in the world.
