Conference “Fostering knowledge of business laws for enterprises in 2020”

 

On October 15, 2020, Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang – Managing Partner and Mr. Phung Quang Cuong – Partner of NHQuang&Associates and concurrently Mediators of the Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center (VICMC) delivered a training program to Hung Yen enterprises on resolution of contract disputes in business. The program was coordinated between VICMC and the Program of Interdisciplinary Legal Support for Enterprises in 2015-2020 period – Ministry of Justice and Hung Yen Department of Justice.

The training session attracted the attention of several enterprises in Hung Yen province. The participants raised many questions and comments related to the drafting of contracts, dispute resolution methods, especially commercial mediation.
