Conducting dialogues with enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City

Implementation of the Operational Plan in 2019 of the Steering Committee for interdisciplinary legal assistance programs for enterprises in the period 2015-2020 (abbreviated as Program 585) in 02 days, July 26-27, 2019 in Ho Chi Minh City, the Management Board of Program 585 cooperated with Ministry of Justice (Civil-Economic Legislation Department) to organize 02 Conference on Enterprise Dialogue with topics: Evaluation on the problems and shortcomings of the law on ownership and other rights to property; Solutions to improve the contract dispute settlement index and enterprise bankruptcy index, contributing to resove difficulties of enterprises in law enforcement. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Tu – Director of the Civil-Economic Legislation Department, Deputy Head of the Management Board of Program 585 chaired these two conferences.

At the first dialogue on July 26, 2019, the enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City talked about the problems and  shortcomings of the law on ownership and other rights to property for specific legal provisions and specific cases in Ho Chi Minh City.
