Workshop on “Practice and solutions to Improve efficiency of civil judgment enforcement in Viet Nam” on 22 and 23 May in Ho Chi Minh city and June 4 in Ha Noi held by Ministry of Justice in collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) attracted the attention of several judgment enforcement officials as well as representatives from banks, notary offices, auction organizations, etc. those directly engage in judgment enforcement process.

As USAID-GIG Expert, at the workshop, Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang delivered his comments on difficulties and obstacles in implementing administrative procedures in civil judgment enforcement from businesses’ perspective, then recommend specific directions and solutions to judgment enforcement agencies for synchronous reform of administrative procedures from central to local level.
