Workshop: Impact assessment

Policy impact assessment: NHQuang’s lawyers are involved in compiling the Document of policy impact assessment for the Ministry of Justice. This document is considered as a useful handbook for Government officials and agencies in policy and legislation development. Since 2016, NHQuang’s lawyers have also conducted a number of training courses, guided the use of this document as well as participated in the impact assessment of a number of policies in Vietnam to make the policies more complete.
