Phung Quang Cuong
Mr. Phung Quang Cuong is now acting as a Partner of NHQuang&Associates. He specializes in advising several fields including, among others, IP, corporate, contract, labour, real estate, insurance. He is a skilled barrister with over 20 years of experience in settling dispute and protecting clients’ legitimate rights and interests.
In addition, Mr. Cuong is a co-author of several legal handbooks for individuals, organizations in consultation, enforcement of legal matters in land, business and commerce sectors such as Legal Handbook of Equality Rights in Access to Land, Handbook for social enterprises.
Mr. Cuong has also regularly provided legal advice to expatriates on Legal dissemination and advice program on VOV and Journal of the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese – Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
