Meeting with Laos’ Ministry of Justice

On the morning of January 15, 2019, the delegation of Laos’ Ministry of Justice had a meeting with the Department of Civil-Economic Law, Ministry of Justice of Viet Nam in the field of Law on Bankruptcy. At this meeting, Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang, Managing Partner of NHQuang&Associates, introduced to the delegation Viet Nam’s Law on Bankruptcy 2014 and the meaning of this law to economic development. The meeting provided necessary contents and forecast problems that may arise, helping the Ministry of Justice of Laos in developing their Amended Law on Bankruptcy. The meeting also contributed a more comprehensive approach and overview of the Law on Bankruptcy for the Department of Civil-Economic Law.
