Consultation workshop on solutions for developing a transparent, professional and effective legal services market

On August 25, 2026, Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang delivered a presentation on the current development of legal practice organizations and the legal services market in Viet Nam, while also sharing international experiences and good practices from the International Bar Association (IBA) and the American Bar Association (ABA) at the consultation workshop on solutions for developing a transparent, professional and effective legal services market in Northern Viet Nam organized by Department of Judicial Support, Ministry of Justice.

International conference “Enhancing the Effectiveness of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mechanisms in Commercial and Investment Dispute Settlement in Ho Chi Minh City”

Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang – one of the four keynote speakers during the morning session – presented a study titled “Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Vietnam: Current Status and Recommendations for Improvement to Enhance National Competitiveness” at the Conference jointly organized by the Institute for Socio-Economic Research (RISE) of Saigon University and KAS Vietnam.

Scientific workshop “Perfecting the legal system in the fields of culture, education, and health to meet the requirements of national development in the new era”

Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang presented his paper entitled "Improving the legal system for the development of a cultural industry ecosystem with Vietnamese identity", sharing experiences in encouraging the development of cultural industries in countries such as Japan, South Korea, and China, and offering recommendations for improving legal regulations related to cultural industries.

Training conference on the implementation of the Law on Bankruptcy and Recovery 2025

Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang presented the new points of the Law on Bankruptcy and Recovery 2025 related to the activities of asset management officer, asset management and liquidation enterprise, and lawyers participating in business insolvency and recovery at the Training conference on the implementation of the Law on Bankruptcy and Recovery 2025.

Issuance of the Code of Conduct for Debt Collection

Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang – Managing Partner of NHQuang & Associates, and an independent expert of IFC – was one of the guests attending the Program on the Implementation of the Code of Conduct in Debt Collection Activities in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City on April 20th and 23rd, 2026, organized by the Vietnam Banking Association (VNBA) in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Swiss Embassy.
