In order to promote PPP activities in Viet Nam, the laws also need to improve the issues of uniformity, the content of some types of contracts as well as facilitate investment activities with small scale in order to create opportunities for small and medium enterprises such as project approval mechanism is necessary to simplify for projects with small investment scale and small scope of impact.
