Applications registering new enterprises have increased fast after the amended Law on Enterprises’ effectiveness (1.7.2015), however, at the seminar on practical implementation of the (amended) Enterprise Law and Investment Law held by the Central Institute for Economic Management (CIEM) on recent 23.11 in Ha Noi, several opinions claimed certain entanglements and confusion in actual implementation.
(…) About corporate seal, according to Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang, lawyer from NHQuang&Associates, Article 44 of Enterprise Law reads that announcement of seal pattern is an obligation of enterprises. Their announcement does not relate to seals’ validity, but Decree 78 guiding this law requests enterprises to notify the time of seals’ validity on sending the seal pattern to business registration agency.
