Seminar on arbitration and commercial mediation

On the morning of November 18, 2021, the Judicial Support Authority, Ministry of Justice organized the Seminar on arbitration and commercial mediation.

As one of the three speakers of the Seminar, Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang, Managing Partner of NHQuang&Associates, President of Viet Nam International Commercial Mediation Center (VICMC), delivered his presentation on commercial mediation methods and procedures, as well as the lawyers’ role and opportunities in commercial mediation. The participants also shared their enthusiastic opinions and discussions about the pros and con of commercial mediation.
