Clause 3, Article 19 of the Criminal Code is a controversial provision and has a wide scope of adjustment for ‘criminal denunciations’ in the practice of lawyers. At present, the legislator’s will in this article is not really clear and wise, causing easy arbitrary application and reaction of society.
