Appearing in the documentary, Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang – one of the experts involved in drafting the Law on Capital 2024 and Managing Partner of NHQuang&Associates – emphasized that the combination of urban-rural development and administrative reform will drive balanced and sustainable growth for the capital city.
