The legal and contract enforcement is often not considered in many studies on economic development in Vietnam. Although uncompleted, Growth Diagnostics Vietnam 2017 indicates “Enforcing contract” as one of the three constraints (along with Macro risks: financial, monetary, fiscal; and Tax policy, labor and business licensing). NHQuang&Associates is very proud to be a member of the research team.
