In order to perfect the regulations on health insurance in accordance with the Party’s policies and orientations, in line with the practice and the compatibility with the health insurance laws of other countries, the Ministry of Health is drafting a Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Health Insurance.

After eight years after the promulgation of the Law on Real Estate Business 2014, the implementation of this law still has many shortcomings, causing difficulties and hindering business activities, transactions in the real estate market. In order to remove obstacles, and difficulties from the remaining shortcomings, on November 28, 2023, the National Assembly promulgated the Law on Real Estate Business 2023, effective from August 1, 2024.

Decree 01/2021/ND-CP on enterprise registration (Decree 01) has positively impacted administrative procedure reform in enterprise registration but also revealed certain shortcomings. Therefore, the Ministry of Planning and Investment is currently developing a draft to amend and supplement several provisions of Decree 01 in order to tackle the drawbacks of this Decree and to continue promoting administrative procedure reform.
