After the 44th Meeting, the Draft of Public-Private Investment Law (Draft PPP Law) was revised with many new points. However, these new points of the Draft Law still face many mixed opinions. Article 27 and Article 28 of the Draft Law refer to investors proposing PPP projects. Commenting on this regulation, Mr. Nguyen Tien Lap said that it should not be done.
