Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang, Vice President of the Viet Nam Society of International Law, said that the Law on Capital 2024 has many breakthrough policies and regulations, creating momentum for developing all aspects of the Capital, including the cultural sector. Clause 8, Article 21 of the Law on Capital 2024 stipulates a model for building a business improvement district in Ha Noi which is a legal model to promote cultural spaces to enrich social life, contribute to the development, preservation and maintenance of traditional culture as well as attract tourism for economic growth.
