As one of Viet Nam’s two major economic hubs, Ha Noi attracts a large number of people who come to live and work in the city. This population growth has placed increasing pressure on the city’s urban infrastructure. In addition, the rapid pace of urbanization has contributed to significant environmental pollution.
The Law on Capital 2024 introduces several new provisions aimed at strengthening environmental protection and improving the quality of life for residents. These changes are expected to help address existing challenges and contribute to building a safer, healthier living environment for the people of Ha Noi.
