“Precedent-Practical application”

 

“Precedent – Practical application” workshop is organized by Vietnam Business Lawyers Club (VBLC). Precedent is considered a remarkable policy in the development of judicial power, court operation and jurisprudence. So far, 10 cases was selected and enacted as precedents, of which 6 cases have come into effect. The application of the precedent has not really been popular in practice. The workshop brought together many lawyers who are practicing in the investment and commerce coming to share and exchange about the application of precedent in professional practice. NHQuang&Associates proudly along YKVN, LNT and Luat Viet sponsored and organized successfully this workshop. Our Managing Partner, Mr. NguyenHungQuang provided an overview on precedent in Vietnam.
