At NHQuang&Associates, every member of our team understands the importance of giving back. Social responsibility is not just a value but it is part of who we are. We believe in using our legal expertise, experience, and resources to make a meaningful contribution to society, and we are proud of what we have achieved together over the past 20 years.

At NHQuang&Associates, volunteer activities through professional legal expertise is an indispensible part of our practice and values as a law firm. With passion and deep expertise, we have contributed to the drafting and improvement of several legal documents, such as the Capital Law, Enterprise Law, Land Law, and Investment Law. We also help design tools to assess legal and policy impacts, ensuring that laws are practical, fair, and truly responsive to real-life needs.

Unlike many other firms working primarily in civil or criminal law, we do not provide  free legal services in those areas to the general public. Instead, our focus is on supporting individuals and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are striving to grow and strengthen their business operations. We firmly believe that empowering these groups through accessible legal support will make significant contributions to sustainable economic development.

We are also proud of our sustained support to various international organizations, NGOs, non-profits, and community groups thoughout Viet Nam. Our collaboration with these partners primarily focuses on empowering vulnerable communities, promoting economic development, and improving the legal system.

Beyond our policy work, our lawyers are deeply passionate about knowledge sharing. Many of us regularly offer free legal education and advice to small and medium-sized businesses, startups, and law students. We actively contribute to career-building programs by mentoring, training, judging competitions, and providing guidance in legal debates, mediation contests, and student-led initiatives.
