Summary report on administrative procedures in the field of advertising was conducted on the basis of reviewing the administrative procedures for granting 10 types of licenses and 1 procedure for renewing licenses. Based on the analysis and evaluation of the fulfillment of the above criteria, combined with reference to the provisions of foreign laws in advertising activities, the Report has made proposals and recommendations aimed at simplifying procedures but still ensuring the goal of state management in advertising activities.
