On the basis of studying the provisions of international treaties as well as Vietnamese law, combined with the actual situation of protecting the rights and interests of lawyers, the Report focuses on the protection of lawyers at local bar associations. Since then, determining the role of the local bar association in protecting the rights and interests of lawyers and making recommendations to ensure lawyers are protecting their rights and interests in the course of practicing.
