Colloquium on Contract law by National Taiwan University

 

On 17 and 18 September, the Colloquium “Studies in the Contract Laws of Asia III: Contents of Contracts and Unfair Terms” was held in National Taiwan University by College of Law with participation of experts and professals studying and teaching contract law from various Asian countries such as Japan, Korea, China, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, etc. As the sole representative from Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang, managing partner of NHQuang&Associates, shared his study of “Some issues of Contract Law in Vietnam”.
