Workshop “Comparative Analysis of Mechanism for Ensuring Judicial Integrity to Promote Business Environment in Some Countries and Lessons for Viet Nam”

On January 27, 2021, Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang, Managing Partner of NHQuang&Associates, presented the Report “Comparative Analysis of Mechanism for Ensuring Judicial Integrity to Promote Business Environment in Some Countries and Lessons for Viet Nam” at the Workshop of the same name organized by the Central Committee of Internal Affairs in coordination with the United Nations Development Program in Viet Nam (UNDP).

At the Workshop, Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang gave the urgency of the Report, factors related to judicial integrity affecting business development and a number of typical countries on judicial reform, thereby proposing practical solutions to improve judicial integrity and promote business development in Viet Nam.

The Workshop was attended by many delegates from UNDP Viet Nam, British Ambassador in Viet Nam, Judicial Committee of the National Assembly, Ministry of Justice, Supreme People’s Court, etc.
