Workshop on the draft Report on results of reviewing the legal normative document system
On September 18, 2020, Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang, the Managing Partner and NHQuang&Associates team participated the Workshop commenting the draft Report on results of reviewing the legal normative document system under the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs’ state management scope. The study was just conducted by NHQuang&Associates in July 2020.
Two main contents of the Report were summarized at the Workshop, including: (i) conflicts shortcomings, overlapping and irrelevant issues of legal policies in the field of Labor, employment, people with merit and the society; and (ii) recommendations for resolution. The Workshop also received comments from representatives relevant labor agencies at central and local level for completion of the Report.
