Workshop: The court in promoting economic growth and improving the business environment

In August 2018 , the Supreme People’s Court coordinated with the GIG Project (sponsored by USAID) organized three workshops in Northern, Central and Southern regions to discuss the role of courts in promoting economic growth, improving of the business environment, including the role of Court Connected Mediation.

The workshops are run by Deputy Chief Justice Ms. Nguyen Thuy Hien, Judge of the Supreme People’s Court Mr. Tong Anh Hao with the participation of many judges in 3 regions. Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang was invited to present “Effectiveness of Dispute Resolution in Courts and Economic Growth”. The presentation of Lawyer Nguyen Hung Quang is in the research by NHQuang&Associates since 2015 on “The Role of the Judicial System in the economic growth, the emprovement of  business environment and the improvement of national competitiveness”.
