Criminal Code, a legislative lesson

The farewell of the 13th National Assembly was marked by series of mistakes detected in the Civil Code just promulgated, which results in the delay of its enforcement when the code has not yet come into force. And then, the 14th National Assembly starts with rejecting National Assembly deputy capacity of Mr. Trinh Xuan Thanh and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nguyet Huong, or the notice on continual deferral to consider draft demonstration law.
