The recent corruption incident in the ODA project “East-West Boulevard” (Ho Chi Minh City) is being investigated, which makes us think back to corruption and abuse of ODA in “PMU18” two years ago. It is still a topic related to anti-corruption, but perhaps at the moment, both the Government and society need to have a more comprehensive and in-depth view on receiving, managing and monitoring the use of ODA – a very important source for the development of the country.
