One of the key highlights of the Law on Capital 2024, recently passed by the 15th National Assembly, is the policy on preserving and promoting the cultural values of Ha Noi. These provisions aim to foster the image of Hanoians as elegant, courteous, compassionate, and civilized—representative of the culture, conscience, and dignity of the Vietnamese people. The goal is to transform Ha Noi’s culture and people into an internal driving force for the Capital’s sustainable development and to enhance the quality of life for its residents.
