Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang presented his paper at the seminar on the Draft Law on specialized courts at the International Financial Center, organized by the Supreme People’s Court.
Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang stated that the Code not only clarifies existing regulations but also aims to establish professional ethical standards, thereby guiding responsible conduct in debt collection practices.
The workshop was held in Ha Noi by Vietnam Business Lawyers Club (VBLC), chaired by Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Huyen, Partner of NHQuang&Associates and member of VBLC Executive Board and officials from the Authority for Private Enterprise and Cooperative Development (APED).
