On March 18, 2026, a professional exchange on commercial mediation skills for Master of Economic Law students at the Foreign Trade University took place, featuring a presentation by Mr. Phung Quang Cuong - Partner of NHQuang&Associates and Mediator of VICMC.
As one of the two guest speakers at the seminar “Amendment to the Law on Capital: A "wave" for the development of cultural industries” organized by the Ha Noi Press, Radio and Television Authority, Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang stated that the draft Law on Capital (amended) proposes stronger decentralization of authority to the Ha Noi People’s Council. This decentralization, he noted, would enable Hanoi to enhance its proactiveness and flexibility in governance and policymaking.
