As one of the two guest speakers at the seminar “Amendment to the Law on Capital: A "wave" for the development of cultural industries” organized by the Ha Noi Press, Radio and Television Authority, Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang stated that the draft Law on Capital (amended) proposes stronger decentralization of authority to the Ha Noi People’s Council. This decentralization, he noted, would enable Hanoi to enhance its proactiveness and flexibility in governance and policymaking.
On the seminar “Cultural Industries and Emerging Issues”, broadcast on Ha Noi Radio & Television, Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang – Managing Partner of NHQuang&Associates and one of the experts involved in drafting the Law on Capital 2024 and related implementation resolutions – joined other guest speakers in an in-depth discussion on the requirements facing Ha Noi in this new chapter.
