Numerous scholars, policymakers, and practicing lawyers gathered at the workshop to present papers on the lawyer management model in Vietnam, comparative models from other legal systems, and practical issues in lawyer management.
Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang presented a paper titled “Commercial Mediation in Investment Activities – Current Situation and Recommendations to Ensure the Implementation of the Principle 'Harmonized Benefits, Shared Risks'” at the International Conference on Perfecting Institutions and Preventing Investment Disputes.
On January 9-10, 2025, the Symposium on "Asia-Pacific Contract Law – The Digital World in Context" was held at the University of Hong Kong. As part of this initiative, Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang, Managing Partner of NHQuang&Associates, presented a research on "𝑬-𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒍𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒐𝒐𝒎 𝒐𝒇 𝒆-𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒄𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝑽𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒏𝒂𝒎". This study was conducted by Mr. Quang and Ms. Nguyen Thuy Duong, Senior Associate of NHQuang&Associates.
