Decree No. 37/2006/ND-CP providing in details the Commercial Law on trade promotion, along with Commercial Law 2005 and some specialized laws such as Competition Law, Telecommunication Law, Post Law, Pharmacy Law, etc., have created the legal corridor for trade promotion activities (including sales promotion, commercial advertisement, trade fair and exhibition). However, after 10 yeras, this Decree has showed several problems and it is no longer relevant to the practice as well as the diversity of current trade promotion, which has largely impacted enterprises’ business and consumers’ interests. Therefore, in our Draft Column this issue, NHQuang&Associates will provide some analyses and comments on the new points of the Draft Decree amending and supplementing this Decree for your reference.
