This is the third volume in series Studies in the Contract Laws of Asia. Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang and Mrs. Nguyen Thuy Duong contributed Chapter 22 – Contract Interpretation and Unfair Terms in Vietnamese Contract Law in this book.
The Handbook was prepared by NHQuang&Associates as a legal advisor to the British Council in the Vietnam’s Creative Cultural Hubs Project, co-sponsored by the British Council and the European Union (British Council co-operated with Vietnam National Institute of Culture and Arts Studies).
