In 02 days of December 10 and 11, 2018, lawyers of NHQuang&Associates participated the Training Course “Improving relationship between the State and investors in Viet Nam: Mediation in the context of implementing the EU-Viet Nam Trade Agreement”. The training course aimed to provide a systematic and overview perspective of the reconciliation of investment disputes between state agencies and foreign investors. It also helps to improve investment mediation skills through the practice of hypothetical situations to serve commercial business as well as professional activities of judges, arbitrators and lawyers.
