Nguyen Hung Quang
Mr. Nguyen Hung Quang is the Founder and Managing Partner of NHQuang&Associates. He currently serves as Vice President of VSIL and President of VICMC.
With 30 years of legal practice, Mr. Quang has extensive experience in corporate law, business environment regulations, public administration, dispute resolution, insolvency, labor, and more. He has provided legal and policy advice to numerous domestic and international companies, international organizations, and non-profit entities across various industries. His expertise includes dispute resolution, corporate restructuring, fundraising, investment, merger and acquisition, and labor law.
In addition to his advisory work, Mr. Quang is a frequent speaker at domestic and international legal seminars. He is also an expert in analyzing policy and regulatory impacts (PIA/RIA) as well as the effects of contractual and corporate regulations.
