Nguyen Hung Quang
Nguyen Hung Quang founded and holds the role of Managing Partner of NHQuang&Associates. He is currently Vice President of VSIL, President of VICMC.
With 30 years of practice, Mr. Quang has extensive experience in providing legal and policy advice on corporate matters and business environment, judicial reform, administrative procedure reform, public administration. He also has deep experience in consulting for many domestic and foreign companies, international organizations, and non-profit organizations in various fields such as dispute resolution, restructuring, fundraising, investment, merger and acquisition, and labor. In addition, Mr. Quang is also a speaker at many domestic and international workshops, and seminars regarding legal matters. He is an expert in analyzing policy regulatory impacts (PIA/RIA), and impacts of contractual and corporate regulations.
